The duplicate transactions and the offsetting transactions with a Create Date of 5/4/2021 and 5/5/2021 should be reconciled and approved. It is not necessary to attach copies of receipts or documentation for the duplicate transactions and offsetting transactions. Unfortunately, there is no way to approve or reconcile these in an automated way. We recognize that this creates additional work for departments, we apologize for the inconvenience.
