Financial Services is remodeling our space in the University Service Building (USB) rooms 402 and 502 starting October 1 through early December. In order to maintain continued service to our customers, we have identified temporary work locations for our employees and customer service teams.
In October and early November, our Customer Service main desk, normally located in USB 402, will be relocated to USB 405 where a member of the Customer Service team will be available for assistance. Signage will redirect customers to this location where we will continue to provide services for Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Travel. Please note that our campus and U.S. mailing address will remain as listed on our website.
We encourage customers to call our main phone lines as they will remain in service.

Many of our employees will be utilizing Enhanced Voicemail (voicemail to email) during this time, so please leave a voicemail when calling our team members. Your call will be returned as quickly as possible. You can also contact our teams through email and IM as you normally would. During the month of November through early December, customers visiting USB 502 will be redirected to USB 402 for assistance. There will be signage throughout this project to direct customers to the temporary locations of our offices and we will be posting information on our website showing the temporary locations of our main customer service desks.
