DocuWare will be transitioned to Amazon Web Services starting at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 20, 2023, through Sunday, January 22, 2023. Users may experience degraded performance in UAccess Financials during this transition, including:
- UAccess Financials users will be unable to view invoices in the Images tab of Payment Requests to approve invoices or conduct research.
- The Images tab in UAccess Financials will be unavailable during the transition for Disbursement Vouchers and PCard Transactions completed prior to March of 2020.
This transition does not affect the Notes and Attachment tab within UAccess Financials as those documents are not impacted.
Additionally, Accounts Payable will be unable to process new invoices for Purchase Orders and will experience delays in completing internal tasks related to the creation of new vendors, processing Single Use Account payments, Travel, Form W-9, and other services. Please plan accordingly if you anticipate requesting any services during this transition period.
