Due to unforeseen user sync issues with Amazon Web Services, the implementation team has made the decision to roll back to the previous version of DocuWare.
The rollback will occur the afternoon of Monday, January 23, 2023, and another alert will be sent out when the system is available again for users.
Due to the reversion, any changes made in DocuWare from 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 21, 2023, to 9:00 a.m. on Monday, January 23, 2023, will need to be recreated once the previous version is restored.
Services from Accounts Payable will continue to be limited while DocuWare is being restored, including payment of Purchase Order invoices, establishing vendors, and ACH payees.
