Effective July 1, 2024, the Administrative Service Charge (ASC) and the associated policy 6.17 Administrative Service Charge have been eliminated by the University of Arizona.
The ASC will no longer be assessed on Auxiliary and Designated fund groups and unit budgets will be adjusted downward to account for eliminating this charge. While this change is being implemented to simplify processes, reporting, and accounting across the university, it may require adjustments to budgeting and financial planning processes across campus.
