It is time to renew your Petty Cash Custodial Agreement and/or Change Fund Custodial Agreement for fiscal year 2021/22. Your current agreements expire on April 30, 2021. We request that you update, complete, and send the new agreement within 14 days of receiving this email.
The renewal is completed via Adobe Sign. Complete this easy 4-step process:
- Access the form by clicking Petty Cash or Change Fund
NOTE: If the page does not appear, use the workflow dropdown menu on the left of your screen.- Select FNSV - Renewal Petty Cash or FNSV - Renewal Change Fund and click Start
- Enter the responsible employee and the Department Approver’s email addresses.
You will see that the Assistant Comptroller and Recipient emails will auto-populate and cannot be changed. - Fill out allowable fields and Click to Sign.
This sends the form to the next person in the workflow to complete out their assigned fields. - Once the form is complete, you can view the document in Adobe Sign.
