Financial Services and Sponsored Project Services, in conjunction with University Analytics and Institutional Research (UAIR), have developed a new UAccess Analytics dashboard page to help Fiscal Officers manage open Operational Advances.
The Operational Advance dashboard is located on the General – Financial Management Dashboard. Data displayed in the report includes payee (Approved Recipient) with an outstanding Operational Advance, settlement date, balance due, days until due, and past due. The report features multiple options for filtering and searching for open advances.
