This Week’s Activities
Monday, July 17, 2023
- Submission of asset retirements and transfers may resume.
- Payroll will be posted to FY 2024 Period 01. Payroll Expenditure Listings will be available to campus on July 18, 2023, after 10 a.m.
- Accounts for FY 2024 may now be edited.
- Purchase Order encumbrances for FY 2023 and older will begin rolling over. Purchase Order encumbrances will not show any balances until this date. Normal processing to close out Purchase Orders can be resumed.
Next Week’s Activities
Friday, July 28, 2023
- FY 2023 Period 13 and the fiscal year-end will officially close after nominal activity transactions have been verified.
