Office Depot Business Solutions has officially changed their name to ODP Business Solutions LLC. The University will update the vendor information in UAccess Financials and Arizona BuyWays on Tuesday, September 6, 2022, between 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Orders for Office Depot and Office Depot Tech Solutions may not be placed during this period.
To ensure a successful conversion, please complete these steps before end of business on Friday, September 2, 2022:
- All saved orders or carts for Office Depot and Office Depot Tech Solutions in Arizona BuyWays must be processed, canceled, or deleted.
- Confirm all active (enroute or saved) UAccess Financials Requisitions for Office Depot and Office Depot Tech Solutions are approved or disapproved.
Open Purchase Orders or Payment Requests in process will not be impacted.
Once the update is completed and the vendors' new names are available in Arizona BuyWays, Office Depot and Office Depot Tech Solutions users will need to create new requisitions. Attempting to use the copy feature from previous requisitions will result in an inactive vendor error message.
