COVID-19 and Direct Deposit: Ensure no disruption to your pay

As campus monitors and responds to Coronavirus (COVID-19) we want to ensure that there is no disruption to your pay. We strongly recommend that you enroll in direct deposit to the bank of your choice.

How to Enroll for Direct Deposit

Login to UAccess Employee Self Service and navigate to UA Employee Main Homepage > Payroll and Compensation > Direct Deposit.

The deadline for Direct Deposit registration is the Friday of each non-pay week.

  • If you sign up by Friday of a non-pay week, you can expect your paycheck funds deposited into your account the next payday.
  • If you sign up during a pay week, your Direct Deposit will not take effect until the following pay period.
