Updates to the New University Travel System

The new University Travel System went live one month ago. After review and feedback from the campus community, we are making two changes:

  • Blanket travel authorization for in-state (Arizona) will continue to be permitted following the requirements outlined in Financial Services Manual Policy 14.10 Section 6.
  • After June 21, 2024, travelers are responsible for adding their own delegates into the system. Travelers can assign delegates and arrangers at their convenience. For detailed steps or to learn the difference between a delegate and an arranger, please refer to the website and training in EDGE Learning for more information. These resources also offer additional information on the use of the SAP Concur mobile app and Trip IT Pro subscriptions for University employees.
