Merchant Services has updated Financial Services Manual Policy 8.14 regarding virtual terminals (payment URLs) to now provide calendar year-long agreements in addition to our one-time use agreements. To implement these changes, the Treasury payment URL currently in use will be deactivated on Friday, May 12, 2023. This deactivation will not affect departments that operate as their own merchants on BlueFin PayConex.
Merchant Services will require completed and approved Merchant Agreements for all transactions before providing payment URLs. We strongly encourage initiating any approval process for yearly agreements before the deactivation date to prevent disruptions in day-to-day business.
No further action is needed if your department has a completed and approved agreement for 2023.
Starting Monday, May 15, 2023, all requests for a new payment URL must be sent to Merchant Services at FNSV-Banking-And-Merchant-Services@arizona.edu.
