To create a better experience for our campus and external customers, Financial Services is conducting an audit of its network of websites. The project team, along with Subject Matter Experts within Financial Services, have been working to eliminate redundant or contradictory content, identify missing information, and maintain clear and consistent voice and format throughout.
Through the first phase of this project, we made an internal shift in our organization’s branding strategy, transitioning from Financial Services Office and the FSO acronym to simply Financial Services. You may have noticed this change throughout our recent communications and the updated branding on our websites. While we understand that Financial Services Office and the FSO acronym are culturally embedded in the campus vocabulary, as we start this next phase of the project, we are asking our campus community to help us with our rebranding effort. From this point forward, we ask that you no longer refer to us as Financial Services Office or FSO, but instead Financial Services.
The scope of the next phase in this project will include the following:
- Consolidating the main Financial Services website and Procurement & Contracting Services website contents into one unified website experience in line with our updated branding.
- Developing a new standalone website for outside vendors who wish to do business with the University of Arizona.
- Developing a new standalone website for the campus community about Delivery & Receiving (University Postal Services and Central Receiving).
- Rebranding Procurement & Contracting Services as Purchasing in conjunction with our updated branding strategy.
We Need Your Input
We want to create the best possible experience for all who use these websites. To accomplish this goal, we would like your feedback. Please take a few moments to complete our survey below regarding the Financial Services website and the Procurement & Contracting Services website by December 20, 2021.
Follow this link to take the survey
At the end of the survey, we are asking for volunteers to become members of a small campus focus group that will provide us with more direct feedback as we progress later into the project. This would be a minor time commitment each month, less than one to two hours for each participant. We will continue to keep you updated as we draw closer to this period.
Stay safe and Bear Down!
