- Last day to update account expiration dates in UAccess Financials to extend an account into the new fiscal year for purposes of payroll funding. These updates must show as final in UAccess Financials by Friday, May 26, 2023. Account expiration changes made after this date will require account changes to funding in UAccess Employee.

- FY 2024 Request for Budget Changes will be available for creating budget transfers and budget revisions for the new fiscal year.
Fiscal Year-End 2023 Tutorials
Financial Services has now published both the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable year-end tutorials and they are now available on the Year-End Information page and directly in EDGE Learning.
Accounts Payable Year-End Tutorial
This tutorial provides guidance to ensure transactions are fully processed and posted into the correct fiscal year and is recommended for all employees with fiscal responsibilities in UAccess Financials.
Topics covered include:
- Important dates and deadlines for fiscal year-end processing.
- Tips on handling Disbursement Vouchers, Payment Requests, and Advance Settlements.
- Tables and scenarios to assist new users in understanding where transactions are posted based on the invoice date and final date within UAccess Financials.
Accounts Receivable Year-End Tutorial
This tutorial is recommended for all units that meet thresholds or have an account balance, which is required to provide valuations with complete supporting documentation by Friday, July 7, 2023.
