- Final day for departments to approve Payment Requests in UAccess Financials to disburse prior to closure.
- Final day for issuance of international wire transfers with a value date of Dec. 23, 2024.
- KFS Batch Processing for Payroll Processing.
As a reminder, University Closure is Tuesday, Dec. 24, 2024, through Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2025.
Postal Services during University Closure
During closure, there will be no mail delivery to main campus. Individuals who wish to pick up their mail during closure must notify University Postal Services no later than 12 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 20, 2024.
