The new Financial Services website is now live!
We are so excited for you to use this new site and explore the new features, major improvements, and key changes, which include:
- Improved Navigation
We have added a sidebar tool to the left side of the screen for improved navigation from page to page, allowing you to quickly get what you need. - Revised Homepage Layout
An updated layout that aligns with current University standards and built to highlight sought-after topics and pages based on feedback provided to the project team. Content found under new areas include:- Accounts Payable content is now under the Payments tab.
- Financial Management content is now located under the Accounting tab.
- A new Surplus tab has been added and includes surplus content previously found at pacs.arizona.edu.
- Procurement and Contracting Services Content Relocation and Consolidation
Content previously found on pacs.arizona.edu has been migrated to the new site and is located under the Purchasing tab. - A new centralized Contact Us page which includes the direct phone numbers of the 12 departments located on the homepage and a contact form with targeted categories based on your inquiry.
- Main Financial Services training tutorials are now located in EDGE Learning and linked from our central training webpage to simplify access to training and provide progress status to employees.
Both fso.arizona.edu and pacs.arizona.edu have been decommissioned. Links for all migrated pages from these sites will now be redirected to financialservices.arizona.edu. We do recommend updating any saved bookmarks.
This website update and name change aligns with our organizational shift from Financial Services Office and the FSO acronym to Financial Services, which we communicated with you late last year. We respectfully request that you refer to us as Financial Services moving forward.
