Updated Property Management Manual Policies

Property Management Manual (PMM) Policy 5.10 has been updated with a new name, Deliverables to Sponsors, for improved clarification. Definitions, procedures, and procedural layouts have also been updated within the policy. Frequently asked questions and related information have been added and are located at the bottom of the page.

We have also published the new Policy 5.30 Fabricated Equipment, which covers all specific policy and procedures for what can be considered a fabrication and provides direction to University staff on cost accounting for fabricated equipment. The specifics of this policy were originally in PMM Policy 5.10 but were moved to their own policy to improve clarity.

Additionally, two Property Management forms have been added to the Financial Services Forms page. The Fabricated/Deliverable Equipment Request form, which is used to request a pre-assigned tag for a fabrication or deliverable, and the Fabricated Equipment Completion form, which is used to report the completion of a fabrication.
