Accounts Payable is excited to announce the new banking partner for the University PCard Program and virtual card program, Bank of America.
This contract marks a partnership with Arizona State University and Northern Arizona University to help synergize our collaborative efforts and enhance our PCard Programs.
Accounts Payable will begin working with PCard Liaisons on the transition process and each unit should continue normal business operations until further instructed. We will take measures to reduce the impact and ask for your patience and understanding as we navigate these changes.
To help ensure a successful transition, please follow these steps:
- Ensure your College/Department has an assigned PCard Liaison.
- To apply or change a PCard Liaison, submit a PCard – Liaison Application/Assignment request.
- Review your department’s missing supporting documentation report located in UAccess Analytics and any supporting documentation.
- To help determine if any transactions are missing documentation for your department, please visit the PCard Missing Documentation page.
