A duplicate PCard transaction file was inadvertently loaded with the normal PCard file for Post Date April 29, 2021 creating duplicate PCard Transactions. UITS is aware of the problem and is working to correct the issue. We will send out more information as it becomes available to us. Purchasing Card Transactions (PCDOs) auto-approval dates will be covered during the University Closure (December 24, 2020 through January 3, 2021). Please disperse this message to your respective Purchasing Card reconcilers and PCard cardholders.

Purchasing Card Transactions (PCDOs) auto-approval dates will be extended during the University Closure (December 23, 2019 through January 1, 2020).

Financial Services and University Analytics & Institutional Research (UAIR) have collaborated to update the General - Purchasing Card (PCard) dashboard in UAccess Analytics, which will go live on October 14, 2019.

After the close of each fiscal year, the Financial Compliance team performs a review of all Procurement Card (PCDO) transactions in UAccess Financials that do not have supporting documentation. Please send all outstanding PCard supporting documents, such as original itemized receipts and invoices for fiscal year 2019 to Financial Services using one of the methods below. These are for the statement months of July 2018 through June 2019.

This is a reminder that transactions with foreign vendors for certain purchases are not allowed to be paid with a UA PCard.
