As the 2021 calendar year-end and University closure approaches, please note these important dates and deadlines.

To create a better experience for our campus and external customers, Financial Services is conducting an audit of its network of websites.

The duplicate transactions and the offsetting transactions with a Create Date of 5/4/2021 and 5/5/2021 should be reconciled and approved. It is not necessary to attach copies of receipts or documentation for the duplicate transactions and offsetting transactions. Unfortunately, there is no way to approve or reconcile these in an automated way. We recognize that this creates additional work for departments, we apologize for the inconvenience. A duplicate PCard transaction file was inadvertently loaded with the normal PCard file for Post Date April 29, 2021 creating duplicate PCard Transactions. UITS is aware of the problem and is working to correct the issue. We will send out more information as it becomes available to us.
