Financial Services is excited to announce the launch of our new Vendor Resources website, vendors.arizona.edu.

To create a better experience for our campus and external customers, Financial Services is conducting an audit of its network of websites.

Effective April 1, 2021, the informal competitive solicitation threshold has been raised from $10,000 to $25,000.

The limited traffic on campus makes now a great time to surplus your excess University equipment. Surplus Property is available and ready to remove the unwanted equipment and supplies from your premises.

Per Uniform Guidance, purchases of $10,000 or more that use federal funds require certain federal compliance checks at the time of purchase. University of Arizona Purchasing Policy 7.1 documents these requirements. 

We are excited to announce that we have finished an in-depth review and update of our Purchasing Policies Manual as part of our commitment to Pillar 5: Institutional Excellence.
